Mailbox Information - If you are in need of a new mailbox, please contact Tammy at Ardsley Mgmt. The HOA takes care of covers the expense for mailboxes. Homeowners are responsible for their own mailbox posts. Please contact Carroll with The Sign House at 317-523-7301 for help with posts.

Shutters and siding - we know recent storms may have created damage to shutters or siding around the neighborhood, please review your property to determine if you were impacted. Our recent drive through inspections have shown a number of homes may have been impacted. Please repair any damaged siding or shutters during your spring cleaning efforts.
